International biennials attract the most affluent consumers of art, music, and theater. HB will create opportunities for visitors to spend money in Harlem and in New York City.

HB will create and attract unique growth opportunities, including tourism, production facilities, small business expansion, education and real estate investment to Harlem and Upper Manhattan.

Using historic buildings will protect architectural landmarks in Harlem where historic designation is significantly lacking.
